Our story
From a Jodhpur garage to a lubricant maker
In 1980 Mr. Tulsa Ram opened a garage in Jodhpur. Today his family makes MAXX-LUBE engine oils, gear oils, greases and hydraulic oils for distributors, workshops and fleets across India.

The MAXX-LUBE story
- 1980
The beginning
Mr. Tulsa Ram opened his garage in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Working hands-on with vehicles every day, he learned what engines truly need: not from textbooks, but from experience.
- 1994
The leap
To serve more mechanics like himself, Mr. Tulsa Ram founded Vinayak Sales Corporation, moving from garage owner to wholesale distributor of automotive products.
- 2017
The new generation
Mr. Manish Patel, grandson of Mr. Tulsa Ram and a civil engineer by training, joined the business and taught himself the science of lubricants, tribology and chemical formulation, working with leading engineers and professors.

A lubricant manufacturer
Three generations on, MAXX-LUBE makes 80 products in 9 ranges, sold through 32 distributors from 6 locations, with export plans under way.
